button.el

It's hard to get past the basic revulsion at yet another widget
library being added. ;-)
as is a suggestion for where this file should go (xemacs-base?).
The API is clean, but it seems to assume that the only widgets that
exist are buttons. I hope that someday we'll have a decent widget
library that handles both native and text widgets. If so, we would
want to get traversal right, and I don't know if button.el would be
compatible with that.
I'd rather put it in fsf-compat for that reason, but my preference
isn't that strong.
