I get exactly the same error, since compiling Xemacs 21.0-b43, in that
time with cygnus B19, and now 21.0b60 with cygnus B20.1
Sorry, my analysis in our previous discussions on this was incorrect.
GNU_SECURE should point to a file rather than being the name of a machine.
The machine should be in the file. setting GNU_SECURE to /etc/hosts should
achieve this.
