I have just added the following packages to the 'Pre-Releases'
directory:

text-modes-1.39-pkg.tar.gz
xemacs-devel-1.43-pkg.tar.gz
installed all these bar mule-ucs-1.03-pkg.tar.gz for now
i am planning to build the ben-mule branch so im trying to workout how
to have mule packages and non mule packages installed here and my non
mule version not complaining about not being mule enabled
i am going to install the mule packages into a mule-packages directory
that is only available to the ben-mule version and see if that works :)
