Congrats Andy ;-). But I disagree with this. XEmacs is hacked and used
internationally. We thus should use american english not because Steve is from
the US, but because american english is the international scientific
language and it's better to be consistent in what we write. I can't imagine
someone sending a mega-patch turning 'z' to 's' and 'or' to
'our' just because
the maintainer has changed continent!
