Last frame deletion

In XEmacs 21.2 (beta19) "Shinjuku" [Lucid] (i686-pc-linux) of Wed Nov 10 1999 on dallas configured using `configure --with-pop --package-path=/usr/local/lib/xemacs/packages' Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug and the precise symptoms of the bug: 1. Start "xemacs -unmapped -f gnuserv-start" 2. Start "gnuclient" 3. Delete frame with "delete-frame" (I have bound C-x C-c on this defun) 4. Frame of the client killed 5. ANOTHER FRAME APPEARS INSTEAD! 6.
