Interesting. I noticed the very same thing, only I attributed it
to the new WM I'm using. So yes, I can see it too.
i tried again, and VM has made it... but i noticed a difference in
my behaviour, i.e., the second time i used the "Preview MIME before
sending" capability --- don't know if it's that that matters
