undefine key binding

How do I undo flyspell's stealing of M-tab from bbdb? I can see how to do it by brute force by removing it from flyspell.el, but I'm sure there's a right way, I just seem to be too stupid to figure it out. I thought putting (define-key bbdb-mode-map "\M-\t" 'bbdb-complete-name) in .emacs would do it, but I seem to have been wrong. -- Michael D.
