Yes.
Currently the build package parses configure.usage to build the
widget-based customization interface when building with GNU Tools
(configure, make).
That shouldn't be a problem. If we reintegrate the help strings in the
configure script, you'll be able to get the equivalent of configure.usage with
`configure --help`
