request: `make-frame-on-display'
Just a request...
for `make-frame-on-display', I think that there should be a default
value of the `display' arg as (getenv "DISPLAY"). That would
simplifiy things. That way, if you're on a TTY frame because you
started XEmacs with
% xemacs -nw
you can still easily make an x-frame. basically, just add the default
value.
