Yes, but you have to use the `-r release-21-2' flag when checking out.
For instance:
cvs checkout -r release-21-2
This is quite strange -- it is customary for the unstable code to be
HEAD, with the stable releases tagged as branches, so I hope it will
be changed in the future.
