The version of texi2dvi is: texi2dvi (GNU Texinfo 3.12-pretest) 0.39

makeinfo --iftex gnus.texi gnus.texi:17: Unknown command `iflatex'.

I have grepped all texi files in xemacs-packages/man and the only file with ＠iflatex is gnus/gnus.texi
