I think the beta directory is now mirrored by a couple of the general
ftp.xemacs.org mirrors. Most testers probably switched to CVS anyway.
Hi to all,
I'm very sorry, but I have removed our xemacs-beta ftp mirror now
as there has been too little traffic in the past months grabbing
stuff off it, that little traffic wasn't worth to keep our
xemacs-beta ftp mirror running.
It seems that my decision will be no major inconvenience as only
very, very few people ftp'ed to our xemacs-beta mirror in the last
months.
The following is no promise but only a 'perhaps':
May be after freeing some disk space here and reorganizing parts
of our ftp server that then I could handle a cvs mirror of
xemacs-beta's cvs tree.
But how to do that?
FTP to
cvs.xemacs.org shows nothing in /pub of it.
All the best for you all
Michael
