Missing keybinding for C-x C-q in experimental vc*.el

I have been eagerly awaiting a version of vc*.el for XEmacs that supports SVN. I discovered that scop(a)xemacs.org is working on an experimental version of vc*.el for XEmacs. Yesterday I checked out a revision from CVS to test it. Seems to be working ok, but I noticed that the keybinding C-x C-q which is normally redefined to vc-toggle-read-only by vc*.el, is not set in this version. Easily solved by simply setting it in my own .emacs, of course, but I assume that this should not be necessary as the current documentation indicates that this keybinding is already in place.
