Getting the first copy took me some time but now there is an intro on
the web. Look here:

After getting the first clone it is a simple matter of doing "hg pull"
and "hg update".
Thanks for the link. I now have hg installed and am now doing a clone
as I type this. One nice thing is that I can actually do this through
the firewall at work. I couldn't do that before with cvs. Hurray!
