possible redisplay bug

I'm not sure whether this is a known bug (or feature) in Benadir. Start xemacs -vanilla, enter the following into the *scratch* buffer and evaluate with C-j. The lower part of the frame is not redrawn correctly and stays red. This happens for example when exiting xmine.
