Nope; there won't be any mailing list administrative action to do so,
although some tweaking of the cvs 'bot may be helpful.

This patch does rm -rf on the src subtree, now that the Lisp
engine is Scheme48 and all of XEmacs is written in Scheme.
will probably DTRT, making a post to XEmacs Patches unnecessary. The
Subject: in the CVS log is already recognized by the 'bot. Until the
kinks are worked out and all the reviewers are on board with the new
process, however, many users may wish to filter.
Since only the reviewers will be involved, the discussion that already
occurred on xemacs-review seems to cover these points sufficiently;
I'll add it to the BCP I'm going to write.
