where is the xemacs21.4.22 source code?

Hi I just run hg clone https://bitbucket.org/xemacs/xemacs And I am confused, there is only one branch, no bookmarks and a lot of tags, but not tag seems to indicate which cset corresponds to 21.4.22. The default branch seems to correspond to 21.5.X. I am asking this because I wanted to send a possible patch to the bug I reported yesterday, using mercurial.
