ChangeLog's getting lost? [was Re: The `a b' syntax bug fixed]

Steve reintroduced the old non-mule code there and then I cleaned up
the code by unifying the two. The code is now a lot cleaner (only very mild
#ifdef MULE's going on). In the mean time I fixed a few off by one
errors in the mule version.
However there seems to be no ChangeLog entry for that, likewise I
could have sworn that I made a ChangeLog entry for my
frob-face-property bugfix. Either I am doing something wrong or they
went missing.
