Recent checkin makes building xemacs infloop --> buildslave overload

- which means that each buildslave is left with ~4 xemacs/temacs
processes running at 100% CPU.
Thanks for the report! Sorry if this caused you any problems.
Please kill the processes, and restart the slaves. Aidan just
diagnosed the bug, and checked in a fix, that at least for me does fix
the problem. YMMV, so it's probably a good idea to check for
unreasonable CPU usage, but at least I think that's good enough to
give it a try.
