Anyway, what you want to do is make sure the stuff builds, pack it up, and send it to me. Tell me who's to be the maintainer, so I can set up commit access to the package. Please let me know if there are any special incantations necessary to build the package. If you have the time, create a diff against (xemacs|mule)-packages/Makefile and package-compile.el which adds the package to the official build setup.
