Please describe as succinctly as possible: - What happened. I installed xemacs-21.4.10 on windows XP, then tried to open Xemacs A message box popped up saying that it couldn't find cygXpm-noX4.dll and it said to reinstall, which I did but nothing changed I even tried installing to an alternative directory but it still came up with that message I clicked on some other *.exe files in the Xemacs directory and they all said that cygwin1.dll could not be found neither of these dll files are present anywhere on my pc even though i downloaded and installed all the packages etc - What you thought should have happened. Xemacs should have opened - Precisely what you were doing at the time. tring to use Xemacs I would appreciate it if I could be told where to get these files from and where to put them thank you in advance Daniel Cardwell
