text-modes-1.13 not loading winmgr.el

xemacs-21.2-b3 and xemacs-21.0 "Pyrenean-pre6" with all the latest packages: If I use find-file .fvwmrc I get: (as described from help -> recent messages) ++++++++++++++ Recent minibuffer messages (most recent first): File mode specification error: (error "winmgr-mode") Mode winmgr-mode is not installed. Loading package-get...done Loading package-get... +++++++++++++++ After the above I finally get the file in the buffer but not in winmgr-mode. I have text-mode-1.13 installed, but the error indicates that I should install it. I can load-library winmgr-mode and the winmgr-mode.elc in text-mode-1.13 is loaded. So for some reason winmgr-mode.elc is not found even though it is present. Has anyone noticed this?
