Take this: `xemacs -q', the tab says "*scratch*". Now I press
`C-x b fweifohwefweioh RET', and scratch disappears from the gutter,
replaced by "fweifohwefweioh". Shouldn't they both be there?
No, because they don't have the same major mode or extension.
