Urrg. That is a problem but not much of one - I've just changed the hash
test back to EQ which is correct for the current setup. However the real
problem is that the instantiation domain *changes* because the window
changes. Thus right now the only thing to do is to change the instantiator
in the window which means I can't do the optimization I've been trying. I
really need to instantiate at the frame level (which has its own problems)
or "fake" it.
I need to think.
