Doesn't '%OS%' just contain 'Windows_NT' for NT
and 2K, and nothing
for 9x series (don't know about XP)? That wouldn't be too useful.
Listing both the build and runtime OS's sounds like a good idea to me.
Or as much of the two as you can get.
