XEmacs 21.2.20 "Yoko" is released

Get it from the usual places: ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/xemacs-21.2/ http://cvs.xemacs.org/ There is a packaging change. For this beta, the -elc and -info tarballs have not been separated into their own tarballs. This causes about a ~2.5MB increase in size. If this causes problems for people, particularly people who live in areas with high telecommunications costs, please let me know and the -elc and -info tarballs will return. There will be another packaging change for 21.2.2x "Mercedes". I will be making two tarballs, one with the full minimal core as in 21.2.20, the other will additionally include a minimum of packages to bootstrap from.
