call-interactively-p?

No, it's not, and the differences matter in some applications.
I guess we should sync this. The last time I looked at this Stefan
was muttering about cleaning the situation up over on emacs-devel (so
I took that as an excuse to be lazy), but that was a while ago and
nothing's happened.
I think that there's already an implementation in advice.el.
