XEmacs compiled for Win95?

I work with XEmacs under Exceed v6.0 for Win95 all the time... this is the first I've heard of a straight-to-Win95 port... and the main site claims that version 21.0 will support Win95... I've just signed up to this mailing list in hoping to find out when the release would be, as I saw they were at version 20... and I see people talking about compiling and sources... and versions past 21.0... My question is: Where can I download the binaries of XEmacs version 21.0 or greater? I don't have the tools to compile it for my computer... but it's a Pentium II running Win95, so no worries... could anyone help me out?
