Hello Jani! I wrote build-report. It uses compose-mail, honoring your setting of mail-user-agent, the standard way to choose among the possible mail user agents. This of course is of little us when you don't have mail-lib, or mh, or gnus, or installed. I recognize this as "my problem" and will think about a solution. The fallback will probably be a buffer containing all proper mail headers and the body containing a complete build-report, which can be saved to a file or even piped into "/usr/bin/mail" directly.
