I don't see that at all. Corel Office for Linux is not free and nor
is it included in every Linux distribution. That does not "seriously
hamper its usefulness".
Corel Office is not a library.
Here we're talking about a library and its usefulness for free
software projects like XEmacs. If the library is missing from the
systems of 95% of our users because it is not being shipped by
default, that means that its usefulness is "seriously hampered".
