latex problem

Hello! I downloaded few days ago Xemacs 21.4 on my PC with Windows XP...the problem is that I can't run Latex...I was used with running emacs on Unix and every time I was calling a .tex file,the Latex mode was loading....but with Xemacs even though the autex package has installed properly ,I don't get the Latex command on the menu...if I call a Latex file , on the lower bar I get the sign Latex,but nothing in the menu...so I don't know how I can run Latex...it recognizes as a Latex file yet neither the latex menu nor any other commnad show up...I would really appreciate any advice...Xemacs is so much powerful,I would like using it...
