Auctex has been built from a branch for some months
now. I've forgotten the reason for this, maybe Uwe can
comment on this, so trunk and the sumo contents may
differ.
oops it is still in the branch? Didn't we discuss this?
The reason was that the change from 11.5x to 11.8x was
really big and so we were afraid not to roll back in case of
an emergency. However auctex 11.84 proved to be stable and
that is why IMHO it should be moved to the tree.
However I am always afraid of this sort of
operation. Somebody who knows hg better than me, want to do
it?
