Mats' patch looked OK to me, although I haven't had a chance

it. My suggestion, Norbert, would be to test it and if it works,
apply it. Can you take care of it please, Norbert?
I'll have a look at it. Currently, I have troubles getting the
preconditions right, because a cvs up takes ages, but eventually this
will be through :-)
