Question: How do we create links in Xemacs ?

Hi, Could you please tell me how I can create links in Xemacs? Example: I would like to create the following text: 1. Topic 1 2. Topic 2. 3. Topic 3 This paragraph describes the material mentioned briefly in Topic 1. jrwhfjrhhgrkhjk lkrejhkrjhgkrojg bdhfgbjrebgjregknkfnm................. This paragraph describes the material mentioned briefly in Topic 2. jrwhfjrhhgrkhjk lkrejhkrjhgkrojg bdhfgbjrebgjregknkfnm...................
