auctex: to submit or not to submit that is the question.

Hello I downloaded the completely xemacs-packages tree again and applied Mats patch - without the patch for XEmacs.rules - with the patch for XEmacs.rules The good news are that the packages compiles even without the patch for XEmacs.rules The bad news are, that, unfortunately, the difference in an important file, namely auto-autoloads.el is significant. Frankly I have difficulties to see why I should submit, the resulting packages will not work correctly and we had, quite recently (justified) complains by the auctex team about our outdated auctex pkg. So to have complains that the resulting packages does not work, does not do any good to Xemacs. I therefore propose to apply the XEmacs.rules patch *before* I submit. I attach the diffs of the XEmacs.rules and auto-autoload.el files.
