define-category
While byte-compiling the contents of the lisp directory in current CVS,
I got complaints that define-category is called with 3 arguments in
lisp/mule/lao-util.el and lisp/mule/thai-util.el, but it only takes 2
arguments. I don't understand this stuff well enough to know how to fix
it.
