Yes.
This doesn't have much to do with Mercurial, per se.
The XEmacs workflow has patches being committed to the "xemacs" repo
where the reviewers and the testers on the "bleeding edge" can use
patches for a few days. (If and when we get buildbots, they'll use
"xemacs", too.) If no build failures, crashes, or objections in
review occur, the patch is then moved to "xemacs-beta". At the moment
there's little difference, but as larger commits start to come in
faster, "xemacs-beta" can be expected to be substantially more stable
with only a few days' lag.
