The XEmacs workflow has patches being committed to the "xemacs" repo where the reviewers and the testers on the "bleeding edge" can use patches for a few days. (If and when we get buildbots, they'll use "xemacs", too.) If no build failures, crashes, or objections in review occur, the patch is then moved to "xemacs-beta".
