Not really, but we need elisp bindings for listening on TCP sockets in
XEmacs to implement FTP properly.
Supporting Kerberos/GSSAPI extensions is trickier though. (TLS should
be simple, once I get around to submitting my TLS elisp bindings for
XEmacs.)
