Yes. Feeding the tracker with all old issues has been a wish, I think,
but IMHO we don't need to do that. Old issues can be kept in the mail
archives and selectively be inserted in the tracker if needed. For
instance when an old bug pops up again or when someone is attempting to
fix it.
