func-menu For PC Emacs?

I am a software engineer working at Lockheed-Martin Space Systems Company in Denver Colorado. Myself and others in my group use Xemacs as a code editor, and I have installed the excellent package func-menu for use on our Unix workstations. I would like to have this same functionality available for the PC version of GNU Emacs. Can the package be used in PC GNU Emacs? If so, are there any PC GNU Emacs installation instructions for func-menu.el? If this package cannot be used in either GNU Emacs or PC GNU Emacs, is there a corresponding capability in a GNU Emacs package that you are aware of? Any information that you could provide would be a great help. Randy K.
