It is really great that Dominik tries to get go-mode.el working with XEmacs. So if we can help him out it would be good. I suggest adding prog-mode.el to the packages. We have a few other outstanding issues like the integration with the cool godef tool too. It is on my todo list but feel free to look into that if you want. If you want to test go right ahead - we have the old go-mode in the packages.
