setup_ccl_program in ccl_init_coding_stream
Today I played with a very clever static checker that noticed that the
return value of setup_ccl_program is checked everywhere, except for the
call in ccl_init_coding_stream (mule-coding.c). So, to those who
understand this code, should the return value be checked there as well?
