I can't see it from here either, and pcl-cvs 1.66 is what I have
installed locally too (which I keep in lockstep with releases and
pre-releases).
I've put the package back in place on our central server. Mirrors to
be updated within a couple of days.
Sorry for any inconveniences.
Note to self: don't only write scripts to check the validity, also use
them ... *sigh*
