This is a bugfix release.  Several miscellaneous bugs have been
fixed.  Probably the most significant is a fix Gunnar Everman made to
prevent zombie processes when running XEmacs with tooltalk support; see

for more details.  In addition, Michael Sperber submitted a patch to
make docdir user-configurable.
The 21.1.x series of releases is being named for US National Parks.
Arches is an incredibly beautiful US National Park located in Utah.
