When I performed a sync of occur-mode for 21.5 I included a new core list
file, next-error.el, which is GNU Emacs' new next-error framework.
Unfortunately this broke compile.el in XEmacs due to name clashes.
This patch renames the clashing functions but does so in a makes it possible
that someday, perhaps, GNU Emacs compile.el and other users of next-error.el
can be used by 21.5 while the existing modes can be used with 21.4.
