With 21.5.27, running "LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 /usr/bin/xemacs -help" results in this for me: $ LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 /usr/bin/xemacs -help Loading /usr/share/xemacs/site-packages/lisp/site-start.d/rpmdev-init.el... Loading leim-list... xemacs exiting. Cannot open load file: "un-define" The attached patch crudely fixes it.
