[AC21.5] [R21.4] Really make face-boolean specifiers

NOTE: This patch has been committed. The version below is informational only (whitespace differences have been removed). Dear reviewers, this patch makes make-face-boolean-specifier make a... face-boolean specifier (wao :-). Plus a small doc fix.
