[C pkgs] Update JDE to 2.3.3

As mentioned on xemacs-beta, I've synced JDE with upstream 2.3.3, Andy
ack'd the update. Diff from the previous version even with whitespace
ignored is 1.5MB, so not posted here. I gather it's available through
the commits list anyway.
