[Q] Hash table cleanups, part 1 of 2

QUERY Ben> * emacs-marshals.c: Ben> * emacs-marshals.c (initialize_marshaller_storage): emacs-marshals.c is actually generated by gtk-marshal.el (see the rather terse comment at the top of the file).
