[AC (pkgs)] Small AUCTeX tweak
APPROVE COMMIT packages
Way the heck back in early August of 2006, I wrote:
As David Kastrup said on xemacs-beta, using rawfile IS the right
thing
to do here. I suggest this patch as a stopgap measure until we can
figure out how to import the latest version of AUCTeX.
This incidentally fixes the building of HISTORY.
I have committed this patch.
